App privacy notice

Information you provide
Your account uses your email and a securely hashed password. Optional sign-in methods store email-code or passkey verification information. Coaching intake includes contact details, date of birth, goals, measurements, schedule, preferences, allergies and requested adjustments. Tracking may include workouts, food, macros, water, steps you enter, habits, weight, measurements, photos, check-ins, messages and calendar events.
Who can see it
Your private coaching records and intake are available to your account and Coach Will for coaching delivery. Progress-photo access is restricted to your account through authenticated routes. Community posts are visible to signed-in members. Opting into the step leaderboard shares your display name and reported totals with members. Avoid posting private information in the community.
Storage and service providers
The app uses Cloudflare-hosted database and photo storage. Brevo processes invitation and sign-in emails. Stripe processes membership payments and billing management; this app stores billing references and status rather than your full card details. Digital purchases may open Payhip or the website checkout under their own notices. Food-barcode requests send the barcode to Open Food Facts. Exercise videos can play in the app using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player after you tap Watch, or open the original source. Loading or playing an external video sends ordinary browser request information to its host under that provider’s policies. Unsupported hosts remain external links; the app does not copy or rehost those videos.
Device notifications
If you enable notifications, the app stores your browser’s push subscription and delivery keys to send generic plan-update and coach-reply notices through your browser’s push service. Notification text excludes your weight, food logs and private message content. Disable this device in Settings or revoke browser notification permission at any time. The service worker does not cache private pages, photos or API responses.
Optional image analysis and health connections
Plate-photo analysis is disabled until its provider is configured and tested. When enabled, the app asks your consent before sending a resized plate image to OpenAI for an estimate. You review results before saving; the app does not save the analyzed plate photo as a progress photo. Provider retention rules still apply. Apple Health and Android health syncing are not connected in the current web app. A generic AI coach is not active.
Keeping and deleting information
Coaching information is retained while needed to provide your account and services. You can delete individual entries, export your tracking records and intake, or delete your member account in Settings after verifying your password. Cancel subscription renewal in Manage billing first to avoid continued recurring charges. Account deletion removes coaching records, intake, photos, sessions and device registrations and anonymizes the account. Opaque billing-event references may remain for reconciliation, and Stripe retains its own payment records. Website lead records and marketing subscriptions are separate; use the email unsubscribe link or contact Coach Will to remove those. Hosting backups and provider records follow their respective retention processes.
Free starter accounts
The free seven-day area can be previewed and downloaded without an account. If you request an account, Brevo delivers a private setup link so you can choose your password. Saved starter progress includes your start date, daily checklist, optional written reviews and any request for a coaching conversation. Coach Will can review these privately. This does not enroll you in paid coaching or marketing. You can export starter progress or delete your account from the starter area. Short-lived hashed request counters limit setup-email abuse.
Your choices
Contact Coach Will to request access, correction, deletion or help exporting information that is not in the in-app export. You control optional community posts, leaderboard participation, photo uploads, passkeys and notifications. Avoid sending payment credentials or emergency medical information through messages.
